Cyberpathy
Other; Tech is capable of sensing, reading and generating electrical signals common to those found and used by electronic devices (such as computers). As such he can communicate directly with them in much the same way that a telepath can with another mind.
Mechanism Control
Other; Using his cyberpathic ability to connect to electronic, digital and cybernetic mechanisms, Tech can directly influence the behavior if not actually control an electronic device. The more sophisticated the device, the more he can affect it and the more he can do with it. Depending on the sophistication of a device, he can reprogram it, upgrade it, resolve bugs/create patches to resolve computer glitches and even introduce bugs to a system causing it to malfunction, or even cease functioning all together.
Remote Sensing
Detection; By technopathically connecting to a network, Tech can make use of the networks sensory capabilities, ranging from motion sensors or cameras to infred sensors, etc.
E.X.A.M.P.L.E.
Other; As an agent of E.X.A.M.P.L.E., Tech can call on all resources available for creating a character which includes not only those found on this site, but on wikipedia, and any other site they might be aware of. Likewise they can also ask staff and other members of the site for help. The only expectation is that the final character will conform to site style.

Combat (Hand-to-Hand)
Fighting; A member of E.X.A.M.P.L.E., Tech had undergone several combat training programs, as such he is fully capable of blocking, dodging, and throwing a solid punch in a fight. In addition to this, he has also studied boxing as an extracurricular activity and enjoys sparring with other agents of E.X.A.M.P.L.E.

Computer sciences; To augment his technopathic abilties, Tech has studied and continues to study technology. As such he has learned Ajax, Cocoa, HTML, Java, Javascript, Perl, SOAP and several other C based computer languages.
Strategic Thinking
Mental; Years of playing football has endowed Tech with an understanding of how to think strategically, and how strategies can play out and potentially affect an event, particularly in offensive/defensive situations. Although he does not often see action in the field, he has been allowed to provide ground support for different E.X.A.M.P.L.E. operations, allowing him to further develop these skills.
