SUMMARY: PC/FC/; Adam Brashear, a brilliant physicist and former U.S. Air Force officer, became one of the most extraordinary figures of the 20th century after a catastrophic accident transformed him into the superhero known as the Blue Marvel. While working on his groundbreaking Negative Reactor project—a device designed to harness anti-matter energy—an unexpected explosion exposed Brashear to a mutagenic reaction. This event altered his physiology, granting him immense superhuman abilities, including enhanced strength, flight, energy manipulation, and the unique ability to function as a stable anti-matter reactor. Determined to use his newfound powers for the greater good, Brashear adopted the identity of the Blue Marvel, dedicating himself to protecting humanity from threats both terrestrial and extraterrestrial.

Neutronium Power; Despite his immense power, the Blue Marvel has a significant weakness to Neutronium, a rare and highly dense form of matter found in the Neutral Zone. Unlike conventional forces that he can withstand with ease, Neutronium interacts with his anti-matter-based physiology in a way that weakens him, bypassing his usual invulnerability and causing him physical harm. Prolonged exposure can drain his energy reserves, disrupt his abilities, and even leave him vulnerable to serious injury. However, the suit is not a permanent solution, as it only allows him to endure Neutronium exposure for a short period before its defenses start to fail. This forces him to carefully manage his time in the Neutral Zone and avoid prolonged engagements with enemies or environments containing Neutronium. This vulnerability introduces a tactical limitation for Blue Marvel—while nearly unstoppable in most situations, an opponent wielding Neutronium-based weaponry or knowledge of his weakness could pose a significant threat.

A brilliant theoretical physicist, he has made groundbreaking advancements in the study of antimatter, energy manipulation, and cosmic phenomena. His scientific knowledge extends across multiple disciplines, including engineering, quantum mechanics, and interdimensional physics. Reed Richards, one of the greatest minds in the universe, has acknowledged that Adam’s intellect is on par with Doctor Doom, making him one of the most intelligent individuals in existence. His genius allows him to develop advanced technology, such as his Exploration Armor for navigating the Neutral Zone and devices that expand his perception beyond normal limitations. His control over anti-matter allows him to use it in a variety of ways, each showcasing his mastery over this destructive yet powerful force. One of his key abilities is the stabilization of anti-matter, preventing it from interacting with normal matter and causing catastrophic destruction. This makes him capable of harnessing its energy without triggering explosive reactions. In addition to stabilizing anti-matter, Blue Marvel can destabilize it at will, releasing its destructive power with precision. He demonstrated this when he used anti-matter to destroy a Beyonder’s "flesh-suit"—a construct made of normal matter—by destabilizing the anti-matter and causing it to annihilate the suit. This ability to control anti-matter not only serves as a powerful weapon but also allows him to manipulate it for defensive or tactical purposes, such as creating energy blasts, altering environments, or neutralizing threats. His skill in controlling such a volatile force makes him one of the few beings in the universe capable of wielding anti-matter safely and effectively, using it to his advantage without causing unintended harm to himself or his surroundings.
Blasts [Darkmatter] Energy emission; By drawing directly on the energies of universal dark matter, he can release blasts of pure concussive dark force with dramatic effect. The blasts release can be shaped and controlled by applying his primary mutation, Darkforce Manipulation, to focus and control both where the blast hits, and the intensity with which it strikes. Such strikes can impact with enough force to blast through most walls or overturn your average SUV. Such blasts cans strike linearly, or due to his abilities to manipulate the dark matter, operate along bezier paths or geometric zig-zags and some combination thereof, thus making them more difficult to dodge than your average linear power blast. As with his primary ability, he must be able to concentrate so that he can visualize the energies striking their proposed target. Conditions that disoriented or distract him may result in a loss of focus necessary to control where his energies strike, or if he can even call them forth at all. To use his abilities, he must be able to concentrate enough that he can reasonably visualize on some level what the energies he is invoking, however instinctual the task or shape, is. Conditions which cause him to become disoriented may cause him to lose focus necessary to control where his energies strike, or if he can even call them forth at all; Likewise, if his constructs are shattered or destroyed, he will suffer dark-energy backlash which can incapacitate him for up to an hour.

Constructs [Darkmatter] Matter control; Darkmatter Constructs; Possessing the ability to draw directly on the energies inherent to universal dark-matter, he can create multiple constructs ranging from the complex to simple usaforms (geometrics, bezier curves, organic shapes). The smaller or simpler the construct, the more durable it is likely to be, the more complex or larger the forms, the fewer he can create, and the less likely they are to last. Such constructs possess a maximum density of 35 pounds per cubic inch and resistance to concussive forces of up to 64 pounds per square inch (40 pounds of TNT at 20 feet). He can form objects with a maximum volume totaling approximately 150 cubic feet, sufficient to encompass five human beings comfortably. Objects are solid and well defined while he is consciously focused on them. Darkforce Life form control; Darkforce, which is another name for dark matter is a powerful, extra-dimensional energy that can be applied and manipulated in various ways by those possessing an affinity to it such as midKnight to it. Darkforce can be used in many ways to replicate most functions of DC's Green Lanterns minus the 'green A.I' inherent to their rings; Darkforce does have a sentience which can theoretically be called on though, likewise one can also use it to teleport or play with psyches or even to draw on the lifeforce of others depending on the nature of thier personal affinties.
Energy Infusion Energy emission; The Blue Marvel has the ability to channel the anti-matter energy he generates and infuse it into specific parts of his body to enhance his physical capabilities. By focusing this energy into his muscles, limbs, or even his fists, he can significantly increase his striking power, delivering blows with far more force than normal. This energy infusion allows him to hit with the equivalent of near-atomic-level impact, making his strikes capable of shattering barriers, causing massive concussive damage, or incapacitating even the strongest opponents. In addition to boosting his offensive abilities, this technique can also be applied to improve his speed and agility, allowing him to move and react with heightened efficiency. When infused into his legs, for example, the energy increases his jumping height and running speed, giving him extraordinary mobility. He can even direct the energy into his hands or feet to make his punches and kicks nearly unstoppable, creating shockwaves upon impact. The Blue Marvel’s Energy Infusion is a versatile power that enhances his already immense physical strength, allowing him to adjust his attacks in real-time based on the needs of a situation. Whether to deliver a devastating punch, break through tough defenses, or increase his mobility, this ability makes him a more formidable opponent and provides him with a tactical edge in combat.
Energy Pulse Energy emission; The Blue Marvel has the ability to release all the anti-matter energy stored within his body in a single, massive, omnidirectional pulse. This energy pulse is an overwhelming burst of power, radiating outward in every direction with catastrophic force. The sheer intensity of the pulse is capable of leveling structures, decimating entire battlefields, and obliterating anything in its path. The pulse draws upon the vast reserves of anti-matter energy that the Blue Marvel generates, unleashing it all at once for maximum destructive effect. It can neutralize multiple threats at once, vaporizing enemies and objects within its range and causing significant environmental damage. The radius of the pulse can be immense, reaching miles in all directions, depending on how much energy he chooses to release. While this attack is one of his most devastating, it also comes with a trade-off. The sheer release of energy leaves him temporarily drained and vulnerable until he can recover. Nevertheless, the Energy Pulse is a formidable weapon in his arsenal, capable of shifting the tide of battle and clearing out large swaths of enemies or obstacles in a single, devastating moment.
Flight Travel; Utilizing an internalized gravitational relationship of universal dark matter, he can fly without any apparent means of assistance or outward lift at speeds of up to 70 miles per hour. The actual speeds at which he can move are wholly dependent on protective gear which he is wearing which would allow him to survive the physical properties of the environment he was navigating in; If he were placed him in a deep space suit, he could move faster, but his ability to respond to outward environmental circumstances would be greatly limited; Attempting to dodge in a spacesuit is a very difficult thing given the weight and strength of the suit's material. Likewise, he can not support any additional weight beyond himself without significantly reducing his rate of speed and responsiveness unless he engages a darkforce construct to tow the additional mass. If so doing, then he rebalances the gravitational relationship of both himself and the additional mass he is carrying; If this mass is somehow displaced or upset, then the flight aspect is disrupted and all that which is being carried will fall to the ground; Darkstar himself will likely be rendered unconscious due to a backlash of dark energies.

Flight Energy emission; The Blue Marvel possesses the ability to fly, thanks to a combination of advanced control over various physical forces and his own enhanced physiology. His flight is primarily achieved through the manipulation of gravitons, particles responsible for the force of gravity. By altering the gravitational pull around him, he can counteract the Earth’s gravity, allowing him to soar through the air with ease. Additionally, he can manipulate magnetic fields, using them to propel himself in any direction, further enhancing his control over his movement in flight. On top of these powers, Blue Marvel has absolute control over his molecular movement, enabling him to move with incredible precision and agility. This allows him to stabilize himself mid-air, adjust his trajectory, and perform acrobatic maneuvers that make him a dynamic and difficult target while flying. His superhuman speed plays a crucial role in his flight as well, allowing him to accelerate to velocities far beyond supersonic speeds. Blue Marvel’s flight extends to distances and altitudes that surpass most other beings. He has been seen traveling at extreme speeds, far faster than sound or light, and can even leave Earth’s atmosphere, flying into space unaided by external devices or propulsion. His flight ability not only gives him vast maneuverability and rapid response time in battle, but it also allows him to traverse great distances with ease, whether it’s across the globe or into the far reaches of outer space. This combination of powers makes his flight one of his most versatile and impressive abilities.
Folds [Dimensional] Travel; Teleportation; By utilizing his ability to manipulate dark matter, Darkstar can cause externalizing a certain amount of gravitational mass to create a dimensional 'curve' or rift in space and time which acts as a gateway between two spots no more than 1000 feet apart. Any such rifts created must be within line of sight, or to a pre-determined safe spot which he has familiarized himself with. For an area to be considered a safe spot, he must have spent some time there and attuned himself to the dark matter signature of that actual spot. Such attuning takes several minutes. Secondly, he can maintain a rift for no more than ten seconds, enough time for himself and four to five people to move through if they move quickly. Anyone caught within the fold will find themselves distributed physically to a location located somewhere along the fold line of the two locations and disoriented for several seconds. Thirdly, all inertia is retained, thus if he was to attempt to catch someone who is falling with a gate, assuming that he could line it up correctly and had the time to do so (several seconds minimum; the subject would also need to be falling through a sufficiently shadowy area), they would retain the speed and force of which they entered the gate when exiting. fourthly, as his folds are essentially physical gates, and regardless of however temporary they might be, it is possible to physically grab him and restrain him from moving through one. Furthermore, it is possible to even reach though (telekinetically even) and pull him back or someone else back through the fold.

Invulerable Physical enhancement; The Blue Marvel’s invulnerability is one of his most defining traits, granting him near-immunity to physical harm. He has withstood the detonation of a hydrogen bomb at point-blank range without any injury, showcasing his resistance to even the most devastating forces. In combat, he can endure blows from powerful beings such as Ms. Marvel, Ares, Iron Man, Wonder Man, and the Sentry, all of whom are formidable in their own right. Despite their strength, none of them are able to inflict lasting harm on him. Beyond physical combat, Blue Marvel's invulnerability extends to extreme environments. He can survive and breathe in the vacuum of space, withstanding the lack of oxygen and the harsh conditions without issue. Additionally, his resilience allows him to survive nuclear explosions without any harm, further solidifying his status as one of the most durable beings in the universe. Radiation resistance Physical enhancement; Radiation resistance; Pasha is a mutant whose body closely proximates that of human anatomy, but the closer one examines it, and in the finer that detail is examined, the more obvious it becomes that he is far from human. His blood is composed of a dark vicious form of dark matter with unusual properties capable of harmlessly absorbing radiation of all forms. He can be hurt by the heat caused by radiation or the force of a radioactive based blast, but he is largely immune to radioactivity. Likewise, the alien nature of his mind extends a certain amount of mental obfuscation to his mind and memories; Telepaths can read his surface thoughts, but only the ones he is willing to permit them access too. His memories however are stored in an extradimensional dark-state and beyond the reach of a telepath.
Shadow Form [Intangible] Illusions; midKnight can become intangible at will.

Shadow shaping [Darkmatter] Illusions; The first manifestation of his abilities, his ability to manipulate dark matter also allows him to influence the inherent properties of shadows over an area of 150 square yds. He can shape them or exaggerate them to expose the movements of others when searching for a target who is hiding nearby. He can even smother an area in inky darkness for as long as he concentrates on it which limits the optic capabilities of most, but not all individuals; He is capable of seeing in this darkness. His ability to play with shadows has a lesser effect on those possessing unique or enhanced senses such as those with spacial awareness or heightened senses. Likewise, those operating on GPS, or other means of sensory data are also likely to be unimpeded by his abilities. Finally those capable of accessing alternative visual frequencies such as the infrared spectrum are likely to be unaffected by his shadowplays. The darkness he casts dissipates near instantly if he wills it to, otherwise, it dissipates within fifteen minutes after he has stopped concentrating on maintaining the field.

Slow Regeneration Physical enhancement; While Pasha does not regenerate, nor does he possess any form of actual regeneration, he does appear to be aging slower than average.
